Our Logistics and Transportation department is entrusted with ensuring the entire logistics process is maintained in accordance with Stella-Jones’ objectives, customer requirements, and safety regulations.  Our internal Logistics staff thrives in a dynamic environment while effectively and efficiently managing the day-to-day transit of railroad ties, utility poles, pilings, timber mats, residential lumber, and other products throughout the manufacturing process and as a finished good.  Our Logistics and Transportation employees are key to supporting excellent customer service by ensuring the processes of handling, storage, information exchange, and on-time transit of products. Those candidates selected for our team are trained to strategically handle the rapidly changing demands of customers and seamlessly react to critical needs during emergency responses.
