We are seeking a qualified Inventory Control Clerk in our McClellan Park, CA operations. Facilitates rapid accurate entry of data to insure timely recording and shipment of our products.  Also monitors inventories and ensures timely flow of products to support sales volume.

Principal Responsibilities: 

  • Accurately interpret and enter high volume of data into system in a timely matter in order for internal customers to monitor inventory, production and product movement across the yard.
  • Distributes orders, way bills, etc. to designated recipients on a daily basis.
  • Monitors offsite inventory print outs and coordinates inbound transfers to support sales orders.
  • Assists in maintaining inventory accuracy by way of reconciliations after cycle counts in production areas and coordinates annual inventory physical counts and reconciliations.  
  • Participates and contributes to company safety program.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience:  2-4 years data entry experience in an administrative role 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to handle multiple requests and assignments
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience with MRP systems desired.
