We are seeking Laborers for our operations in Clanton, AL. This role will assist with manufacturing activities by performing the following duties:

Principal Responsibilities: 

• Applies endplates by hand or machine
• Operates banding equipment
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading charges
• Assist in storage by setting stickers and dunnage
• Tag materials with proper product tags.
• Cut dunnage.
• Assist in cleaning work areas, painting and maintaining property, plant and equipment.
• Participates and contributes to company safety program.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred 
• Experience: Experience with preventive maintenance and hand tools preferred.
• License/Certification:  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good eye/hand coordination.
• Good paperwork skills.
• Keeps an organized work area.
• Able to diagnose and trouble shoot potential issues.
