We are seeking a qualified Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor for our operations in Russellville, AR.  The Environmental Health and Safety Supervisor performs and participates in procedures and programs to minimize environmental, health and safety risks and is responsible for ensuring EHS and Quality compliance at the facility location.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • EHS/QA facility inspections
  • EHS/QA facility audits
  • EHS/QA facility training
  • EHS permit applications
  • EHS/QA policy, programs, and procedures implementation
  • Perform accident and incident investigation as necessary
  • Provides directions to other department supervisors and plant employees in regards to safety and environmental matters
  • Accurate and timely EHS reporting and recordkeeping
  • Occasional travel to EHS training events
  • May be responsible for additional plant operations
  • Participates and contributes to company safety program
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Education (Required) High School Diploma or GED; (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Safety Science 
  • Experience: 1 year + EHS consulting or facility EHS management in a manufacturing industry preferred
